Resumen:

In the snow-covered woods of northern Canada, Spike Witwicky inspects the wreckage of the Ark. When it crashed six days ago, Galvatron crawled out of the rubble, decimated the Canadian army, and has since been wandering the countryside. None of the Autobots have been seen, causing Spike to wonder if they are all dead. The body of Fortress Maximus is intact inside the Ark, and Fort Max is urging him to resume his role as a Headmaster.

While Cybertron continues to tear itself apart, HiQ and the Neo-Knights are searching for the resting spot of the Last Autobot. They had escaped from their crate before the Autobots left (last issue), but the Neo-Knights are now starting to regret their decision. Dynamo suddenly cries out -- he's formed a rapport with the Last Autobot, and he is near.

Elsewhere in space, the Autobots race towards Klo, following a tracer that Grimlock planted in one of their ships. But it's a futile effort, since the Decepticons have all but conquered the planet already. Worse, a random security sweep has uncovered the tracer, and Bludgeon begins to plan for the Autobots' arrival.

Back on Earth, Spike flippantly throws caution to the wind and dons the control helmet once more. He quickly joins with Cerebros and becomes the head to Fortress Maximus -- who then siezes complete control!

Soon afterwards, Fortress Maximus hunts down Galvatron, who has been wandering the Canadian wilderness in a confused stupor. Instead of surrendering meekly, however, Galvatron savagely attacks Fort Max, who panics into helplessness. After Fort Max learns a little humility, he makes amends with Spike. Working with shared control, they easily defeat Galvatron, knocking him into a lake.

On Cybertron, HiQ and the Neo-Knights have finally found him -- the ancient titan known as The Last Autobot...
