Resumen:
In the Ark's repair bay, Ratchet has nightmares about being attacked by his endless legion of unrepaired Autobots. He is awakened by Optimus Prime, who orders Ratchet to take a rest. Ratchet reluctantly complies, while privately bemoaning his lack of equipment. On Cybertron, the Sports Car Patrol assumes Autobot identities, then heads off on a secret mission.
On Earth, a presentation of the Air Force's newest refueling plane is interrupted by the Decepticon Air Strike Patrol. They quickly sieze the base, and demand that the humans give them a pilot and a full load of fuel within an hour. Hearing of the raid, Optimus Prime takes most of the Ark's forces down to stop the Decepticons. Arriving quickly, Optimus order the Decepticons to surrender, but is ignored as the Decepticons radio for Scorponok.
Left behind, Ratchet resumes repairing his patients, unaware that the Decepticon Sports Car patrol have boarded the Ark via a trans-time dimensional portal. Reprogramming the repair bay's computers, the Decepticons animate the deactivated Autobots, scaring Ratchet with a recreation of his nightmare. Ratchet breaks free, but refuses to destroy them to save himself.
Their plan stymed, the Sports Car Patrol switches tactics, and introduce themselves as Autobots to Ratchet. They suggest that he return to Cybertron with him and use their repair facilities. Unable to contact Optimus Prime, Ratchet takes the initiative and follows them. But once the trans-time portal delivers them to Cybertron, Ratchet is captured and introduced to the Decepticons' leader -- Megatron!
