Resumen:

Across the United States, four bounty hunters with a talent for destroying mock robots are contacted by the Z Corporation and sent to their New York headquarters. After demonstrating their skills there, Randy "Roadhog" Horton, Burn-Out, Skunge, and Felix are greeted by the Corporation's frontmen, "Mr. K," "Mr. B," and "Mr. L." They explain that since the government can't fight the Transformers, the Corporation will, and hires them to become the Roadjammers. Equipped with jammers that can control Transformers and prevent transformations, they're sent to capture three robots spotted in upstate New York.

Meanwhile on Cybertron, six captive Autobots -- the Triggerbots and Sparkabots -- are in a Decepticon prison camp. Their incarceration is interrupted when Decepticons come for Sizzle, Fizzle, and Backstreet; after squelching a brief riot, the Firecons re-energize and re-arm the Autobots, then send them across the Space Bridge to Earth. Confused at their freedom, the Autobots begin to explore their new environment.

They are soon spotted by the Roadjammers, and a fight erupts. The Roadjammers quickly subdue the Autobots, but not before Fizzle mentions that they've only recently arrived. The Roadjammers then realize that if Fizzle was right, then the Corporation may be in league with Decepticons. Suspecting that the frontsmen may be going rogue against the Corporation itself, the Roadjammers decide to learn the truth...

With the Autobots in tow, the Roadjammers return to headquarters. Felix breaks into a sealed parking garage beneath the offices, where the Roadjammers find three headless Decepticon bodies. They are then confronted by the frontsmen, who reveal that they are actually Kreb, Brisko, and Lokos -- Decepticon Headmasters for Horri-Bull, Fangry, and Squeezeplay. They join with their bodies, but are paralyzed; Felix had modified their jammers with frequency splitters, doubling the number of robots they can control.

The corporate president, "Mr. Z," then arrives. He congratulates the Roadjammers, then explains that the Decepticons developed the jammers and sent the Autobot prisoners to Earth for testing. He also reveals his true identity -- Lord Zarak -- and an anti-jammer device of his own. He transforms and merges with Scorponok, then blocks the exits and demands the return of the jammers.

Using his jammer, Felix sends the captive Autobots and Decepticons to attack Scorponok. Quickly battered, Scorponok desperately uses the anti-jammer to free all of the Transformers from human control. Freed, the Autobots stop the battle, then grab the humans and escape. Once safely away, the Autobots destroy the jammers and leave. Though the Roadjammers lament the loss of their promised bounty, Felix suggests that others will pay to see the Transformers wrecked. And he's figured out how to build their own jammers, so it won't be long before they're in business for themselves...
