Resumen:

At RAAT headquarters, Circuit Breaker tinkers with a disassembled Skids while Donny Finkleberg watches uneasily. While she pumps Donny for information and rants against robots, he reconsiders his decision to betray Skids to RAAT (last issue). Meanwhile, in the Decepticon mine base in Wyoming, Megatron sends the Battlechargers (Runabout and Runamuk) to deliver a message to Optimus Prime. On the way, they spot the Acton family and their graffiti-writing son. Amused, they abandon their mission and follow the humans instead.

A few days later, RAAT receives an unusual report: American monuments are being vandalized with strange symbols. Circuit Breaker recognizes them as Transformers writing, but can't decipher the language. Walter Barnett and Circuit Breaker make plans to anticipate the next attack, in order to capture the robots responsible.

The Actons visit Washington D.C., whereupon Runamuk and Runabout attack, defacing the Washington Monument with giant cans of paint. RAAT arrives later, then meet up with the Actons and conclude that the robots are following them. The Actons visit Independence Hall next. When the Battlechargers attack, RAAT counterstrikes, but back off when civilians are endangered. Circuit Breaker realizes she doesn't have enough power to stop the Battlechargers. Donny Finkleberg suggests she might ask the captured Autobots for help.

The next day, RAAT stakes out the Statue of Liberty in preparation for the next attack. When Runabout and Runamuk appear, the humans fight them, but without success -- the Battlechargers spray "humans are wimps" on the statue. Then Circuit Breaker arrives; controlling a giant robot formed from the disassembled Autobots, she quickly destroys the Decepticons.

When Circuit Breaker and Donny return to headquarters, Walter Barnett is waiting. The Autobots are gone; Circuit Breaker set them free as part of the deal she made for their help. Barnett dismisses Circuit Breaker from RAAT, leaving her and Donny to go their own ways. At home, to ease his guilty conscience, Donny donates his RAAT reward to the Statue of Liberty restoration effort.
