Resumen:
At RAAT headquarters, Circuit Breaker and Walter Barnett review the capture of the Autobots from Cybertron (following the events in issue #19). Barnett wonders if communication with the Autobots could have been possible; Circuit Breaker angrily denounces his idea, and reaffirms her vow to destroy all of the robots.
In the Ark, while Ratchet is inspecting Optimus Prime's injuries, Bombshell secretly injects a cerebro-shell into Prime's body. Unfortunately for Bombshell, he can only read Prime's thoughts, but can't control the Autobot leader. Optimus orders Skids and Donny Finkleberg to follow the trail of fuel in order to find the missing Autobots from Cybertron. To get Donny's help, Skids takes a check for $25,000 out of Donny's wallet, and gives it to Optimus for safekeeping. After they leave, Optimus uses the Creation Matrix to reprogram the Aerialbots' personalities. But because of the cerebro-shell mind tap, Megatron is able to "listen" to the program, and gets a copy of the Matrix -- in time to program the newly-built Stunticons.
Donny and Skids go on their Autobot hunt, stopping just long enough for Skids to rescue a motorist in trouble. News of the rescue reaches RAAT and the Decepticons; Megatron sends the Stunticons to find Skids.
The next day, Skids is stuck in traffic when the Stunticons attack. He radios the Autobots for help, but not before RAAT appears. The Stunticons and the humans battle for a bit, then the Aerialbots arrive. Donny Finkleberg meets up with Barnett and Circuit Breaker. Donny tries to convince them that the Autobots are the "good guys," but his claim is blown when the Stunticons pretend to protect Skids as one of their own. The Aerialbots and the Stunticons combine to form Superion and Menasor, but the battle of the gestalts ends when Circuit Breaker blasts Superion.
In the confusion, Donny and Skids escape. But after putting Skids to sleep, Donny calls Barnett and sells Skids to RAAT for fifty thousand dollars...
En este número aparece una de las ideas más asombrosas presentadas en la serie, Skids tiene que ahorrar combustible por la noche, ¡y necesita que alguien apriete el botón para desconectarle!
