Resumen:
In the town of Millville, Megatron is about to stomp Scarlett when he is attacked by a team of Autobots. Megatron fights back, stowing Dr. Biggles-Jones in an internal compartment to avoid damaging her. In the confusion, Scarlett attacks the nearby Cobra troops and reveals her true allegance. At the hospital, the G.I. Joe ninja Snake-Eyes escapes from a squad of Cobras by blowing up the building.
With his new rail-gun cannon, Megatron destroys many of the Autobots. Pounded by Cobra artillery, the surviving Autobots retreat to regroup. Megatron realizes that the Autobots must have a ship nearby, and wants to destroy it to prevent their escape. He corners and destroys Chase, then performs a spectrographic analysis of some caked mud to deduct where the ship is.
As Scarlett tries to sneak out of Millville, she is ambushed by Cobra Commander and Zarana. She beats them, but is cornered by a squad of Alley-Vipers. Snake-Eyes then fights through the Cobras to rescue her, while Cobra Commander and Zarana escape in the confusion.
Megatron tracks the Autobots' ship to an empty factory. He is ambushed by Brawn, but uses his new powers to vaporize the Autobot, the factory, and the ship. Across town, the remaining Autobots realize that their only hope is to recapture the Ark, but they cannot figure out how to get by the Ark's automated defenses. The G.I. Joe members Storm Shadow and Spirit offer to help, while Spike Witwicky watches them from the shadows.
Megatron reaches the Ark, then extracts Dr. Biggles-Jones and prepares for takeoff. He is attacked by Override, who keeps Megatron distracted. As they fight, Spirit and Storm Shadow drive a flatbed truck carrying Skydive (temporarily deactivated) onto the Ark, unaware that Spike is also along. The Joes drop off Skydive, then quickly race out.
During the fight, Megatron drops Biggles-Jones; she is rescued by Scarlett and Snake-Eyes, who hitch a ride on the flatbed truck. Megatron tears Override apart with his bare hands, then chases the Joes. Megatron quickly closes the distance, whereupon Dr. Biggles-Jones surrenders herself so Megatron won't attack the others.
With Dr. Biggles-Jones in tow, Megatron wordlessly boards the Ark and heads for deep space. He then reveals that Dr. Biggles-Jones' rail gun was infected with a computer virus to disable it, but he removed the virus and transferred it to the Cybertronian technology he gave to Cobra. As he sets course for Cybertron, Megatron reconsiders gutting her, and wonders if she can be used for other purposes...
Cuando este número se imprimió, el nombre del cómic se cambió temporalmente a "G.I. Joe Starring Snake-Eyes and Transformers Generation 2".
Los Autobots enviados a detener a Megatron eran Steeljaw, Skydive, Override, Chase, Hot Spot y Brawn. Al finalizar el número, solo Hot Spot y Skydive continúan vivos.
