Darkwing and Dreadwind are on a job and three Bots have to go find out what they're looking for. It turns out to be Starscreams' body, which had fallen to Earth after the Underbase destroyed him. Starscreams' still walking about and shoots at both parties. After the cons are put down, along with two Bots, the last bot talks sense to this walking nightmare. As he listens, the Nebulan partners to Darkwing and Dreadwind absorb the Underbase. Starscream crumbles and is taken away by the revived cons.
